Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item.
We receive Returns or Exchanges within 30 days with the product package remained unopen same as received condition.
Once the package is opened it cannot be returned/exchange unless it is spoilt due to the following conditions
1) Damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2) Parcels that is lost in transit. We are based on tracking information as final reference.
3) We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Fynn Depot will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels.
4) Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
You may request a cancellation before the tracking information is updated by Fynn Depot. You will receive full refund after cancellation request accepted within 3 working days.
If the product has been ship out, the parcel cannot be cancel, and customer is require to return the product provided by Fynn Depot as per refund policy.

What is the payment method for checkout?
You may checkout using Paypal express checkout, we also accept payment through Stripe. At Paypal express, you may choose the option by paying using Visa/Master card as describe during the checkout screen.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. For certain product that are not able to deliver to certain country, we will inform the customer immediately when we receive the order, or we will refund accordingly.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 12 to 30 business days (generally depends on shipping company schedule) for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 20~40 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.
